What Foods To Eat To Conceive A Baby Boy

Studies have shown that what you eat can determine what kind of sperm , whether it be male or female producing sperm, that your egg will attract.

Depending upon the types of food you choose to eat your egg will attract either male or female sperm and you will either conceive a boy or a girl.

Here is the simple science behind this premise .

PH is the way we measure acidic or base value in the body. Our bodies natural PH is 6.4. or so. Acid forming foods, and high fat mucus forming foods effect the PH level in our bodies.

Since the vagina has a more acidic PH than the rest of our body it would be safe to say that because male sperm are more fragile it is more difficult for them to make it past the acidic vagina.

 This is where diet comes in. You will simply follow the list of foods I have provided you to manipulate the PH in your vagina.

It is very simple , to produce a boy you will want to have a less acidic PH in your vagina and to conceive a girl you will want to have a more acidic PH .

Alkaline is just a fancy way of saying non-acidic or normal or base. So to have a girl you will eat foods to enhance the acidic
environment in the vagina and to have a boy you will want to neutralize the acidic environment or make it more alkaline.

 I’ve already mention that certain foods can attract either male or female sperm.

To produce a baby boy, a women wants to have a diet high in potassium and also in sodium. You must start eating these foods at least six weeks before you plan on conceiving your baby boy. This time frame gives you an advantage . This will give your body time to absorb much needed potassium and sodium.

This alone , much improves your chances of conceiving the baby boy you want.

These Foods Are High In Potassium:

1. MEAT AND FISH

2. FRUITS-oranges, bananas, melon , apricots, avocados, kiwis

3. ORANGE JUICE

4. VEGGIES- Lima beans, potatoes, spinach, cabbage, squash

5. VEGEATBLE JUICE

6. MILK

These Foods Are High In Sodium:

1. MEAT-DRIED BEEF, CHIPPED BEEF, CORNED BEEF, HAM BACON ANCHOVIES,CANADIAN BACON, CANNED MEAT, SARDINES, LUNCH MEAT , PEPPERONI , SMOKED SALMON

2. CHEESE

3. CANNED AND DRIED SOUP (drink broth as well)

4. TOMATOES OR PRODUCTS OF (TOMATOE SAUCE, PASTE)

5. CHIPS, DIPS, SALTED NUTS, SALTED POPCORN, SALTED PRETZELS

6. VEGETABLES- SAUERKRAUT, FROZEN PEAS , PICKLES OLIVES

7. CHINESE FOOD PREPARED IN MSG

Before and during conception , concentrate on the  foods such as these listed above. This will greatly impact your chance of having a baby boy nine months after you conceive.
